The body replies to these changes with physical, mental, and emotional responses. Stress is a common problem in life. You can encounter stress from your surroundings, your body, and your feelings. Stress has become a word that everyone feels after getting up in the morning. The human body is created to encounter stress and respond to it. Stress can be positive, that keep us sharp, motivated, and ready to dodge danger. Stress becomes negative when a person suffers from constant challenges without happiness or relaxation. As a results, the person becomes overburdened, and stress-related tension builds.

Who Needs Stress Training?

Due to family responsibilities, workload, lack of time, career, increasing distances in relationships, loneliness and increased burden of ambitions often cause stress. Or say that tension is born when the brain is unable to find complete comfort and always keeps the pressure on it. Due to stress, many types of stress hormones such as Adrenaline and Cortisol begin to grow in the body. But dealing with stress and managing different people differently. 1. Physical Symptoms:

What was he thinking?

Exactly! He starts to connect all dots and created a perception that his life is full of mess and he is not lucky or this is the way he has to spend all his life. With all such words, his mind is getting training and starts believing in all those words. What happens next?  He Starts receiving signals from the mind in the same way he sent and this cycle starts. Then Overthinking gets started to ensure the situation is really bad. And this happens by sending upgraded bad signals to the mind again. The mind works in the way you want it to work, as a result, sending and receiving the bad thoughts keeps going and every time it gets more powerful.
